Located on the main street Quellenstraße, and near multiple public transport stops, the shop will undergo a renovation. After the renovation, it will comprise of a bright commercial room (22m²), a storage room (10m²), a kitchen and a bathroom. The shop is cooled and heated through a reversible heat pump. An original rod iron gate provided is an additional security factor to the shop.
