Located on the main street Quellenstraße is a multi-functional commercial space that will be fully renovated. After the renovation, it will comprise of a bright commercial room (30m²), a storage room (9m²), a kitchen and a bathroom. The large commercial room can be divided into 2 smaller rooms, if needed. The shop will be heated through a new gas boiler. It is possible to consider renter specifications during the works planning.
